Multiple Choice – Randomised Example

A randomised multiple choice exercise uses the possibility to set a correct-constraint based on the value of the answer, rather than a set of fixed answers. To add randomisation, you have to use the script tab in the exercise-generics area.

The script defines the parameters that are used in the exercise. You can choose to randomise the question, the answers, or both. You can shuffle the answers for some other type of randomisation.

Refer to the following interactive AlgebraKiT exercise for an example of a randomised multiple choice exercise. When refreshing the page, you get two new randomised instances of the question.
