In AlgebraKiT, ID‘s are used to distinguish items in the item database. Each exercise, either in the library or in a course has its own ID. An ID consists of 32 random hexadecimal values and 4 dashes.
The ID can be found at multiple locations:
- In the URL
(
https://cms.algebrakit.nl/cms/edit/exercise-spec-client/ID) - At the right top on the edit page, after the label ID:
- Using the option button in front of an exercise, by selecting Copy exercise ID to clipboard:
We will ask for the ID of an exercise when you request support on an issue, as this is the unique identifier which item you are referring to.
