You can only create an exercise arrangement directly from your course.
Go to the subject you want to create your exercise reference in.
At the top right corner, click NEW > Exercise Arrangement.
Edit the exercise generic settings where required.
Add exercises by either clicking the Add Exercises button or the Wizard button. With the first option, you create a manual selection of the library exercises you want to add. With the second option, you provide input by attributes you want the library exercises to contain, and AlgebraKiT will make the selection for you based on the attributes assigned.
Save your exercise arrangement.
